With winter seemingly behind us, it's time to buck up and get hardcore about wearing sunscreen all day, every day (OK, you can skip bonfire hours). I'm assuming you wear it on your face year-round, right?

Anyway, I hear so many complain about the texture of sunscreen as their case against wearing it. "It's too greasy! Too sticky!" Ugh, I judgmentally shake my head and roll my eyes. Sunscreens have come an incredibly long way in terms of texture, scent, formulation and skin needs. So please, I beg you, wear them! There's no point in skipping sunscreen in the morning and layering on anti-aging products at night, because the problem (fine lines, age spots, wrinkles, ect.) is only going to get worsen unless you protect in during the day. Julia and I will be posting weekly about the sunscreens that we've tried and loved. First up is Josie Maran Protect Daily Sun Protection Argan Oil Infused SPF 40+. It's finally available in Canada (at Sephora stores) and retails for $33. It smells like a fancy beach vacation and is creamy enough that you can skip wearing your quotidian moisturizer. It's a chemical-free (zinc oxide and titanium dioxide based) alternative for your face that feels oh so amazing on and doesn't feel sticky or heavy. It also contains the restorative argan oil, as well as pomegranate and jojoba oil. Consider me obsessed.
