Tribal beat By using Groove is in the Heart and Make Some Noise for DIY nail art, you can achieve an electric look that’s complete with sharp angles and bold lines. 1. Apply a thin layer of base coat, apply two coats of Make Some Noise. 2. Using a detail brush dipped in Groove is in the Heart, create a diamond in the center of the nail. 3. Add another diamond near the cuticle and one at the tip of the nail. 4. Add two short, horizontal lines between the diamonds, then seal with top coat.
