How to wash your bra
Let's face it: the idea of hand-washing unmentionables is about as unappealing as laundry gets. Time consuming and unpractical, it just doesn't make sense when you have a million other things to do. I recently picked up some tips from Victoria's Secret to ensure that your bras can last longer, even if you do throw them in the washing machine.

#1. When you put your bra in the washer, make sure all the clasps are done up. This will ensure that the hooks don't latch on to a delicate part of the bra that could tear easily or alter the shape. #2. Obviously, keep it to a gentle cycle. No need to toss them around like crazy. #3. For your more delicate pieces, you can put them in a pillow case before putting them into the washer. This adds another layer of protection. #4. The best way to dry your bra is to lay it flat. Never hang wet bras by the straps, because they will stretch. #5. Never throw your bra in the dryer. Sorry ladies, there's no way around this one. Putting your bra in the dryer weakens it and can even shred it. It ruins the shape and fit, and it only takes one time to ruin a perfectly good bra. Looking for a good new bra?
