Over the last few years, the military-inspired blouse (a.k.a. the Equipment shirt knockoff) has become a wardrobe staple for many women, myself included. It now serves as a substitute for my once go-to striped shirts, slouchy tees and crisp white button-downs. I just can't seem to own enough of them!

The beauty of this flowy button-down is that it works just as well on weekdays in the confines of an office as it does on laidback weekends.
