Drew Barrymore may be American, but she's felt like the world's sweetheart ever since her role in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial at age six. Now the mom of two is an entrepreneur, and she came to Canada to launch her Flower Beauty cosmetics line exclusively at Walmart.

I attended the launch at Colette and had a chance to test the products out and they are seriously amazing. Barrymore is invested in every aspect of their creation, from formulations to colours, and the attention to detail really shows. You'd never know that these products cost only $8 or $9 when you touch them. My absolute favourite product is the Color Play Crème Eyeshadow for only $8. It's super creamy and the colours look beautiful on the skin.

Barrymore also just launched a trio of fragrances named Cherished, Radiant and Sultry. My personal fave is Radiant (pictured below), which combines bergamot, cabbage rose, peony and magnolia for a fresh, light scent.

The most affordable items are the $5 nail polishes and $6 brow pencils and eyeliners. Makeup brushes are $7 to $13. The most expensive item aside from the fragrance sets? A $14 foundation.
