Its population hovers around 5,500 - except for any Friday the 13th when thousands of motorcycle riders and enthusiasts converge on the town, no doubt startling the United Empire Loyalists in their graves, the folks who settled the area in 1794. "It's a friendly vibe," says one local resident.
