How Kate Middleton got her pre-baby body back
It seems like Kate Middleton had baby George, rocked the
mummy tummy for a couple of days and then magically lost all her baby weight. Okay it wasn't magic, but she did lose it very quickly. Kate was seen
taking George on walks so she obviously was doing some light exercise to lose the baby weight. And I think part of her weight loss is thanks to genetics—Kate's mom is pretty fit after having three kids. So I imagine Kate wouldn't have much trouble naturally jumping back into shape. But Kate also had a magic cream that helped her firm up after giving birth.
Karin Herzog's "Dynamic Duo" products were being
sent to Kensington Palace during Kate's pregnancy and after George's birth. Typical of any product Duchess Kate uses, the palace would not confirm that she used it, but
Karin Herzog's Fracebook page shared an article about Kate being a royal fan of their products. The "Dynamic Duo" is a
cellulite product that helps to firm and tone flabby skin around your stomach, bum and hips by getting rid of fat deposits. And it's preservative and paraben free
—who knew the Duchess liked an all natural body product. I'm always skeptical of products that claim to help you blast fat and get rid of cellulite. But you can't deny that Kate looks good. In the picture above, Kate had given birth just three months before and was already
rocking a pair of J-Brand jeans from her pre-pregnancy days. Seeing this photo was all the convincing I needed to give the "Dynamic Duo" a try. Using a cream seems like a
normal way to firm up after giving birth. But it's going to take me some time to rationalize the $110 price tag of these creams.
What trick did you use to lose your post-baby weight?
