I was ready to fight someone for the chance to interview Ed Sheeran at the MuchMusic Video Awards. Nobody gets between me and Ed. Thankfully, Ed graciously stopped to talk to me (cue the internal squeals) despite being rushed to get inside for the show. I know Ed is a cat lover, much like we are here at CL, so I wanted to ask him about Graham. Now, if you don't know who Graham is, Graham is Ed's cat who he adopted. Graham actually has his own Twitter account, Graham the Kitten! But Ed informed me that Graham is no longer a kitten. "Graham is good, he’s a bit bigger now," Ed says. "He’s not a kitten anymore, he’s a cat." I don't know about you, but Ed talking about his cat, who he clearly adores, makes me swoon. Because I'm nosy and would happily take the job of Graham's cat sitter, I also asked Ed who takes care of sweet Graham when he's travelling. It turns out his manger's wife is Graham's cat sitter! Lucky her. Now since we're Canadian Living, I wanted to ask Ed about food, specifically butter tarts. Ed has never had a butter tart, but if he was to have one, he would want it with raisins. "Raisins added to anything makes it awesome, well apart from ice cream. But like bread and raisins. Do you have bread pudding here? That with raisins, it just gives it a little pop when you bite into it." I concur with Ed and not just because he's incredibly sweet and charming, but because I love raisins.
