Last week, a dear friend sent me this video in an effort to perk me up from the winter doldrums. It has been a bit hectic on my end, but I'll tell you -- these quick breaks featuring a loveable pup or a smart cat are so worth every second. I also thought this was going to be another simple and sweet video (which, of course, I love!), but boy, was I wrong. Watch Lucy the beagle use her smarts in the kitchen to retrieve chicken nuggets straight from the toaster oven on the counter. She sure is a smart one!
