How to make glam Christmas ornaments
You need:
• Plain wooden laser-cut ornament blank in desired shape
• Silver glitter paper
• Silver metallic permanent marker (such as a sharpie)
• 10 cm (4-inch) length silver cord
• 10 mm red faceted crystal bead
• Glue stick, scissors, craft knife and tapestry needle

To make:
1. Working on one side at a time, apply glue to wooden ornament blank; glue to wrong side of glitter paper, smoothing out air bubbles. Let dry.
2. Using scissors or craft knife, cut around shape; using tapestry needle, pierce paper, using hole in ornament as guide. Repeat steps 1 and 2 on other side of ornament.
3. Using silver marker, colour edges of ornament, covering evenly.
4. Thread silver cord through hole at top of ornament. Thread both ends of cord through bead; knot cord at top.
