Easy DIY feathered cupcake toppers
You will need:
-Toothpicks
-Feathers
-Glue
-Ribbon
Here's how:
Step 1: Glue 1-2 feathers to the tip of each toothpick.
Step 2: Use a 2 cm strip of ribbon and a dab of glue to create a collar that hides where the feather and toothpick meet.
These adorable cupcake toppers will look perfect atop our Cookie-Topped Raspberry Cupcakes.
