Earlier this week, a reliable source informed me that "Fennel," Le Creuset's gorgeous emerald green colourway, is to be discontinued. I say "sadly," because it was actually one of my favourite hues for the iconic brand's enameled cast iron cookware, and it could always be relied upon to add a powerful punch to a bland, achromatic kitchen.
