Gathering around the telly to watch A Charlie Brown Christmas is one of my favourite holiday traditions, but I'd never considered incorporating Charlie's sad, sparse little tree in my festive decor. Until I spotted this guy at The Home Depot's holiday preview a few weeks back:

I mean, isn't it ADORABLE?!? And pretty easy to DIY, too, with a single evergreen clipping from your own backyard, anchored in a vessel filled with river rock or sand. Top the saddest-looking branch with a brightly coloured ornament, and you've got a charming nod to a nostalgic Christmas icon.
