I absolutely adore a good IKEA hack, and had a total scream taking three of my latest and greatest "upmarket makeovers" on the Marilyn Denis Show last Thursday.

On the episode, I took three of IKEA's most versatile "blank canvas" designs—the Ektorp armchair in its crisp, cotton Blekinge White slipcover; the Billy bookcase; and the Nymo lampshade—and put my own personal spin on all three with a few easy DIY treatments. Check it out here!
