Headaches can have a multitude of causes, such as spending too much time in front of a computer monitor, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue or sinus congestion. However, the most common cause is tension arising from periods of stress. Use this self-massage sequence to help ease a headache, whatever its cause. You can also use it at any time to increase your vitality and help you to focus your mind.
