In an effort to cut down the amount of sugary juice my house drinks, we've started opting for fruity and berry iced teas. I'll be kicking it up a notch with this lemon and cayenne pepper white tea blend that promises to be fresh and revitalizing with a touch of spice, plus the added bonus of being good-for-you too. —Alexandra Donaldson, fashion and beauty editor
Lemon Cayenne Cleanse, $13 for 50 grams, davidstea.com.
I swear by the hand cream of the same line, so the foot cream is likely to be just as good. Dermatologist recommended and heavy on the hydration, this cream will fix your dry feet and get them ready for sandal season. —Mary Delong, digital intern
Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Foot Cream, $6.64, walmart.ca.
Every year I pick up a sporty tank top and basically live in it for every summer hike, canoe trip or camping weekend. I want something simple and comfortable, and this one fits both bills. It's made out of mesh, and is versatile enough to fit whatever summer activity is your jam. —AD
Hyba Mesh Racerback Tank, $35, reitmans.com.
We're all feeling the bloat a bit too much at this time of year. Why not give your diet an overhaul with one week of meat and dairy-free eating? I have this cookbook at home and the recipes are simple, delicious and seasonal. I can't wait to try another recipe! —MD

As I pull together my camping gear for a few excursions this summer, I realized I need a new coffee mug. It sounds like a small requirement, but I've come to really appreciate camping morning with a hot cup of coffee—basically, I need it. I'll be investing in this completely extra Yeti mug from MEC which is made from stainless steel and will keep my coffee hot and my water cold (when I switch over). —AD
Yeti Rambler 14 Mug, $35, mec.ca.
For some of us, the arrival of spring isn't so great. Pollen, dust and other allergens in the air cause congestion and make breathing difficult. I can't wait to try this 3-piece allergy-busting kit from Saje! The trio of products include essential oils to help calm and clear airways for easier breathing. —MD
Clear Skies Allergy Relief Kit, $36.95, saje.com.
I'm lucky enough to live in a city that has good quality tap water, so it's very rare that I actually purchase a bottle of water. But, I might rethink that now that I've tasted Flow's Cucumber + Mint Alkaline Spring Water. It has just a touch of flavour, but the real story here is that this natural spring water is not only packed in an eco-friendly way (The paperboard Tetra pack is 100% recyclable and 70% renewable, and the cap is plant-based), but is is also sustainably sourced from Bruce County in Ontario. —AD
Flow Alkaline Spring Water Cucumber + Mint, $20 for 12 x 500 ml, flowhydration.com.
