Hand wash used to be something I didn’t think twice about, but now that I’m more concerned with good-for-you ingredients that won’t dry me out, I definitely pay attention. Which is why I’ll be picking up the new hand wash from BC-based company Rocky Mountain Soap Company. This soap is antibacterial and includes lactic acid, olive oil, coconut oil and glycerin so you can make sure you’re clean, but not dry and damaged. -Alexandra Donaldson, fashion & beauty editor

But I'm also trying to make sure I minimize my waste which is why I'll be picking up these greensaver containers that aim to keep your veggies fresh longer. That means no more wilted spinach and swiss chard—which means I have no excuse not to eat it. - AD

I'm aiming to keep up a regular yoga practice in the new year (after having a very slow start to my workout routine in 2018, I managed to pull it together later in the year), but I'll need to start by picking up a new yoga mat. My current one is about a decade old, and it's time to show some love to something new. - AD

I know that I should, for obvious reasons, drink more water, and I even carry water bottles around most of the time—but somehow, I still end up forgetting to get in my recommended daily intake of H2O. Well, that should all change thanks to this novel product called the Hidrate Spark 2.0 smart water bottle. It connects to your phone and glows when it's time to drink more water. Doesn't get much easier than that, does it? - MB
