Under $100: Best health and wellness buys for January
We made some great purchases in 2018 and we're looking to keep that momentum going starting with these fantastic health and wellness picks we're coveting for the New Year.
Fresh and Clean

Hand wash used to be something I didn’t think twice about, but now that I’m more concerned with good-for-you ingredients that won’t dry me out, I definitely pay attention. Which is why I’ll be picking up the new hand wash from BC-based company Rocky Mountain Soap Company. This soap is antibacterial and includes lactic acid, olive oil, coconut oil and glycerin so you can make sure you’re clean, but not dry and damaged. -Alexandra Donaldson, fashion & beauty editor

This daily dietary supplement promises to improve focus, mood, energy and beauty—all of which I'm looking to improve in 2019—with the use of herbs. Not familiar with adaptogens?
