Method
Crumble tofu and place in food processor along with bread crumbs, egg and curry powder. Pulse until smooth. Transfer mixture to large bowl. Add Parmesan, shallots and carrot, salt and pepper; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, to make sauce, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sesame oil and soy sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
Divide tofu mixture into 4 balls. Press 1 cube cream cheese into centre of each ball; shape each into 3⁄4-inch-thick patty.
Place patties in grilling basket on grill. Close lid and cook, flipping once, until golden, 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Toast hamburger buns by placing on grill for last minute of cooking time.
Spread sauce on bottom halves of buns; top with patties, more sauce and veggies and sprouts (if using). Sandwich with top halves of buns.
