Method
Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette: In large bowl, whisk vinegar, garlic, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper; gradually whisk in oil. Set aside.In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook wheat berries until tender, about 1 hour.
Add corn; cook for 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain again and add to vinaigrette.
Add red pepper, green onions and basil; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 24 hours.)
