In saucepan, heat together bittersweet and milk chocolates, milk and butter over medium-low heat, stirring, until smooth.Stir in sugar, cream and cinnamon; cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 weeks; reheat gently until pourable.)
