Method
Veggie Dip: In bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, salsa, salt and pepper until combined. ( Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.) Serve with carrot and celery sticks.
Meanwhile, brush tortillas with mustard. Lay 2 slices of turkey in centre of each tortilla. Top with cheese. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomato. Fold over ends and roll up. Serve with dip and veggies.
