Rinse the chickpeas thoroughly in cold water and drain. Using a little oil, saut? the chickpeas and half the vegetables in a pan over medium-high heat, for ten minutes, stirring often.Place in food processor with the remaining ingredients and mix until a nice smooth texture is created. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
