In saucepan, bring milk and 2-1/2 cups (625 mL) water to boil. Stir in oats, papaya, pineapple, mango, cloves, allspice, salt and nutmeg; return to boil.Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered and stirring occasionally, until oats are tender, about 35 minutes. Discard cloves.
