Method
Stir together paprika, mustard, pepper and salt; rub all over brisket. Place onions in slow cooker; top with brisket.Whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic and 1/2 cup water. Pour over brisket.
Cover and cook on low until fork-tender, 8 to 10 hours. Skim off fat. Slice brisket across the grain. Serve with sauce.
