Cut 4-foot (1.2 m) piece of heavy-duty foil; fold in half. Arrange 4 of the cookies on 1 side of foil. Break chocolate bars in half; place 1 half on each cookie. Top with marshmallows and remaining cookies. Fold foil over; fold in sides and seal to form packet.Place on grill over medium-low heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted, 15 to 20 minutes.
