Greek Yogurt Dressing: Stir together yogurt, oil, feta cheese, dill, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and pepper; set aside.In large bowl, combine romaine, tomatoes, cabbage, Cubanelle pepper, fennel, green onions and sunflower seeds. Pour dressing over top; toss to coat. Sprinkle with feta.
