Garnish: Brush rims of 2 mugs with milk; coat with candy cane. Place peppermint stick (if using) in each mug. Set aside.In small saucepan, heat milk over medium-high heat until steaming and bubbles form around edge; pour into blender. Add liqueur, chocolate and peppermint extract. Place tea towel over lid and hold down; purée until frothy and chocolate is dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into prepared mugs
