Peel, halve and core pears; slice thinly lengthwise. Transfer to bowl and toss with lemon juice; set aside.
Place tortillas on work surface. Cut Brie into Iong, thin slices; divide half among bottom half of each tortilla. Sprinkle with pecans; top with overlapping pear slices and remaining cheese slices. Fold over. Cook (see "Cooking Quesadillas" below); let stand for 5 minutes before cutting each into 3 wedges.
