In large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook peas and garlic until peas are tender and vibrant green, about 3 minutes. Drain.In food processor, pulse together pea mixture, cream, dill, butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper until smooth. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 24 hours. Reheat for 6 to 8 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring frequently.)
