Method
In large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook beans until tender-crisp, about 7 minutes. Drain in colander.
In same saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat; fry pine nuts until golden. Add lemon rind; cook for 1 minute. Mix in lemon juice and olive oil. Return beans to pan; toss to coat and heat through.
