Method
In small bowl, combine honey with rum; brush half over pineapple. Place on greased grill over medium heat. Close lid and grill, turning once and brushing with remaining honey mixture, until glazed and golden, about 12 minutes.Meanwhile, grill cake, turning once, until golden brown, about 6 minutes. Arrange on dessert plates. Top each with pineapple slice and scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
