In shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, pepper and salt. Set aside.Spread chili sauce over 2 slices of the bread; top with cheese and pork. Spread mustard over remaining bread slices; arrange over pork, mustard side down. Soak sandwiches in egg mixture, about 2 minutes per side.
In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook sandwiches, turning once, until golden and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
