Preheat oven to 425°F. In large ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar, chicken broth and brown sugar; bring to boil.
Add garlic and grapes; season with salt and pepper. Transfer skillet to oven and bake until chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes. Serve with couscous and sprinkle with freshparsley, if desired.
