Roll out dough to 12-inch (30 cm) circle; transfer to cornmeal dusted pizza pan. Mix condensed soup with milk and garlic; spread over dough.In skillet, heat oil over medium heat; sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 6 minutes. Cut into strips and arrange over dough.
Sprinkle with asparagus, red pepper, cheese and pepper. Bake in lower third of 425ºF (220ºC) until golden, 25 to 30 minutes.
