Chai Syrup: In small saucepan, bring water to boil; add tea bags. Remove from heat; let stand for 10 minutes. Gently press bags to release excess tea; discard bags. Stir in sugar and bring to boil; boil until sugar dissolves, about 1 minute. Let cool.In pitcher, stir together chai syrup, water, mango nectar, lemon juice and ice. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 7 days.)
