In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and salt. Set aside.In large bowl, combine bok choy, red pepper, cilantro, green onions and half of the sesame seeds. Drizzle with soy sauce mixture; gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
