Method
Chop portobello mushrooms finely, and thinly slice other mushrooms.Melt butter in saucepan over low heat, Add mushrooms, cook slowly, and stir occasionally.
Add lemon juice. Mix in flour, and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Stir until thickened. Add cream or milk, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve over chicken or pork.
