These chewy granola bars are dead simple to make for a great breakfast or snack on the go. Be sure to pack the granola down as tightly as you can before baking so the bars stay together after they're cut. To store, layer between strips of waxed paper so they don't stick together.

In saucepan, combine corn syrup, Maple Walnut Butter, honey and oil; heat over medium heat, stirring often, until melted and smooth, about 4 minutes.Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine rolled oats, dried apple, walnuts, dried cranberries and pepitas;pour syrup mixture over top and stir to coat evenly.
Scrape into parchment paper–lined 13- x 9-inch (3.5 L) cake pan, pressing mixture firmly with bottom of measuring cup or greased spatula.
Bake in 325°F (160°C) oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool completely on rack. Cut into bars. (Make-ahead: store in airtight container for up to 1 week).
