In large skillet, heat butter over medium heat; cook shallots for 3 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, thyme, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper; cook until richly browned, about 5 minutes.Pour in wine; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until no liquid remains, about 5 minutes. Serve warm.
