In bowl, whisk together 2% plain Balkan-style yogurt, tahini, lemon juice and flat-leaf parsley, water, liquid honey, turmeric and garlic. Season with salt and pepper (if necessary, add up to 1 tbsp lukewarm water to reach desired consistency). (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
