Meatballs In large bowl, mix olive oil, onion, garlic, turkey, breadcrumbs, harissa paste, and cilantro until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Using small ice cream scoop or your hands, shape mixture into twelve 3 tbsp balls; set aside.
Sauce In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add reserved meatballs and cook, turning often, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion and garlic; cook for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, cumin, coriander and lentils. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Gently stir in spinach; cook for 2 to 3 more minutes. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve over rice, if desired.
