Method
Preheat oven to 400°F; line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, mix turkey, rice cereal, spinach, cheese, steak spice and Date Purée until well combined. With wet hands, shape mixture into 8 patties about 1 inch thick. Transfer patties to prepared baking sheet. Bake, flipping halfway through cooking time, until patties are golden brown and no longer pink inside, about 25 minutes. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 2 days or frozen in single layer on baking sheet, then transferred to resealable bag and frozen for up to 1 month.)
