In bowl, mix tuna with celery, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, parsley, oregano and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover base of buns with lettuce leaves. Top with tuna salad, and microgreens, if using. Top with remaining halves of buns. Cut sandwiches in half, if desired.
