Method
In bowl, combine tuna, pepper, green onion, garlic, egg, yogurt, bread crumbs and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. With wet hands, shape mixture by 1/4 cupfuls into eight 1/2-inch thick croquettes. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated overnight.)
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add croquettes and cook, turning halfway through cooking time, until golden on each side, 6 to 8 minutes.
Drizzle croquettes with Creamy Green Onion Sauce and garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
Creamy Green Onion Sauce
In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt, 2 finely chopped green onions, 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, 2 tsp olive oil and 1 tsp lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days.) Makes about 1/2 cup.
