In food processor, whir together parsley, green onions, garlic, oil, oregano and salt until coarse paste. Spread evenly over pizza crust; sprinkle with Provolone and Parmesan cheeses. Top with tuna, olives and capers; sprinkle with hot pepper.Bake in lower third of 450°F (230°C) oven until crust is golden brown on bottom, 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
