Preheat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, stir together turmeric, cumin, paprika, coriander and cinnamon. Stir in oil and maple syrup, mixing well. Place squash on baking sheet, cut sides up. Brush with oil mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Bake until squash is tender, 30 to 40 minutes. Arrange squash wedges on serving platter. Sprinkle with pepitas, and cilantro, if desired.
