Method
Sauce In bowl, whisk broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic and cornstarch until cornstarch has dissolved. Set aside.
Beef & Broccoli Break broccoli into florets. Set aside.
Place beef in slow cooker; pour reserved sauce over top. Season with pepper and stir to combine. Cover and cook on Low for 5 hours. Stir in reserved broccoli. Cover and continue cooking until broccoli reaches desired doneness, 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
