Method
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
On prepared pan, combine broccoli, 1 tbsp of the olive oil, ¼ tsp of the salt and the pepper. Roast, flipping halfway through, until tender and slightly charred, 17 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions; reserving ½ cup of the cooking liquid, drain.
In same pot, heat 2 tbsp of the olive oil over medium-high heat; cook sausage until browned and crispy, about 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic, onion and remaining ¼ tsp salt; cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Add broccoli mixture and reserved cooking liquid; stir to combine. Remove from heat; stir in pasta and lemon juice. Divide among bowls; sprinkle with feta. Drizzle with more olive oil, if desired.
