Method

Preheat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, combine potatoes, Brussels sprouts, sausage, onion, oil, thyme, paprika and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange mixture in single layer on greased baking sheet, potatoes and Brussels sprouts cut sides down. Bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine maple syrup and mus­tard. Drizzle over sausage and vegetable mixture. Stir gently; continue cooking until vege­tables are tender and golden, about 10 minutes.
