Preheat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, combine potatoes, Brussels sprouts, sausage, onion, oil, thyme, paprika and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange mixture in single layer on greased baking sheet, potatoes and Brussels sprouts cut sides down. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine maple syrup and mustard. Drizzle over sausage and vegetable mixture. Stir gently; continue cooking until vegetables are tender and golden, about 10 minutes.
